38. Stand on One Leg and Hold out Palm

Stand on the left leg, slightly bent, bend the right leg and raise it, toes naturally down. At the same time, turn the upper body to the left, turn the right palm up and hold it in front, palm up and wrist at chest level. Move the left Palm to the left and upward in an arc and hold it by the left side at chest level, Palm outward and fingers oblique upward. Look at the front Palm. (Fig. 207)

Points for attention: Standing, turning the waist, and holding the palm should all be well coordinated. In the final position, relax the waist, draw in the chest, drop the shoulders, elbows and wrists, and breathe gently.
