35. Work at Shuttles on Both Sides
(l) Shift the weight backward, toes of the right foot raised and turned inward, and turn the upper they slightly to the left. Thread the left palm forward over the right forearm, palm oblique down. Open the right fist and move it slightly backward, palm oblique up. (Fig.l89) -
(2) Turn the upper body slightly further to the left, land the foot, and shift the weight to the right leg. Rub with the left palm forward to the left, and Place the right palm under the inner side of the 1eft elbow. The palms face each other oblique. Look at the left palm. (Fig. l90)

Points for attention: The movements of the hands and feet should be well coordinated. The turning of the feet inward (parallel to the central line) should be in harmony with the threading of the palms; the bending of the legs with the rubbing of the pa1ms; the Pulling of the palms with the withdrawing of the feet; the turning over of the palms with the stepping forward and bending of the legs; the moving of the palms in horizontal circles with the follow-up steps; the turning over of the palms with sitting back; and the pushing of the palms with the bending of the legs and stepping forward. The steps are about 30 centimeters long. Keep the upper body and hips upright and avoid raising the elbows, leaning the body, or twisting the hips.
